Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Issam Fares received an American delegation presided by the congressman Bob Nay in the presence of the American Ambassador in Lebanon Mr. Jeffrey Feltman. This delegation is visiting Lebanon within an inspection trip of the Middle East region.

Mr. Nay and the delegation discussed the American-Lebanese relations, the situation in the Middle East in the light of the latest developments in the region. It was an opportunity to obtain all the informations that will help the delegation to form a clear picture on what is going on and on what is expected especially concerning the peace process in the region.
