Short Bio
Professor Peter Hennicke served as the President of the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy in Germany from 2000 till 2008. His postdoctoral qualification in Economic Policy with emphasis on energy policy has enabled him to be one of the most prominent researchers and publishers on the subject of environmental politics in Germany. Prof. Hennicke is currently a Professor Emeritus at Bergische University of Wuppertal, and continues to research and supervise projects on energy policies.
