Short Bios:

Uwe Steinhoff is Assistant Professor at the Department of Politics and Public Administration of the University of Hong Kong as well as Senior Research Associate in the University of Oxford Programme on the Changing Character of War, and he is the author of On the Ethics of War and Terrorism (Oxford University Press, 2007) and of The Philosophy of Jürgen Habermas (Oxford University Press, 2009).

Gerhard Overland is a Project Leader at Centre for the Study of Mind in Nature (CSMN), University of Oslo. He is also a Senior Research Fellow at the Center for Applied Philosophy and Public Ethics (CAPPE), Charles Stuart University. He is the author of numerous articles on Global Justice and War Ethics.
