Date: Wednesday June 23, 2010 Time: 12:30 - 2:00 pm Location: Conference Room 314, College Hall, AUB Short Bio: Ashraf Hegazy graduated from Harvard College in 1996 with a psychology degree focused on leadership traits. Having worked in the financial sector for five years, he founded his own consulting firm, providing end-to-end business and technology services to the not-for-profit sector, with a focus on Arab-American community and political organizations. In 2001, he co-founded the Harvard Arab Alumni Association to build an active network of Arab leaders educated at Harvard. In 2009, he returned to Harvard and earned his Master in Public Administration from the Kennedy School, where he was awarded a Lucius N. Littauer Fellowship and a Presidential Management Fellowship. His research interests lie in the fields of adaptive leadership and negotiation frameworks in the Middle East.
