Representing Lebanon, former Deputy Prime Minister Issam Fares& his wife Mrs. Hala Fares participated in the funeral ceremony held at Monaco Cathedral to bid farewell to King Rainier III of Monaco who had reigned over 56 years.
The grand funeral was attended by a large number of Kings, Princes, and international officials, notably H.E. the French President Mr. Jacques Chirac, the King of Spain Juan Carlos, and Prince Andrew, Duke of York& second son of Queen Elizabeth II.
